SV	Toen zeide de koning: Is het wel met den jongeling, met Absalom? En Ahimaaz zeide: Ik zag een groot rumoer, als Joab, den knecht des konings, en [mij] uw knecht afzond, maar ik weet niet wat.
WLC	וַיֹּ֣אמֶר הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ שָׁלֹ֥ום לַנַּ֖עַר לְאַבְשָׁלֹ֑ום וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲחִימַ֡עַץ רָאִיתִי֩ הֶהָמֹ֨ון הַגָּדֹ֜ול לִ֠שְׁלֹחַ אֶת־עֶ֨בֶד הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ יֹואָב֙ וְאֶת־עַבְדֶּ֔ךָ וְלֹ֥א יָדַ֖עְתִּי מָֽה׃
Trans.	wayyō’mer hammeleḵə šālwōm lann^a‘ar lə’aḇəšālwōm wayyō’mer ’ăḥîm^a‘aṣ rā’îṯî hehāmwōn hagāḏwōl lišəlōḥa ’eṯ-‘eḇeḏ hammeleḵə ywō’āḇ wə’eṯ-‘aḇədeḵā wəlō’ yāḏ^a‘ətî mâ:

AC	כט ויאמר המלך שלום לנער לאבשלום ויאמר אחימעץ ראיתי ההמון הגדול לשלח את עבד המלך יואב ואת עבדך ולא ידעתי מה
ASV	And the king said, Is it well with the young man Absalom? And Ahimaaz answered, When Joab sent the king's servant, even me thy servant, I saw a great tumult, but I knew not what it was.
BE	And the king said, Is it well with the young man Absalom? And Ahimaaz said in answer, When Joab sent me, your servant, I saw a great outcry going on, but I had no knowledge of what it was.
Darby	And the king said, Is it well with the young man Absalom? And Ahimaaz said, I saw a great tumult when Joab sent the king's servant, and me thy servant; but I knew not what it was.
ELB05	Und der König sprach: Geht es dem Jüngling, dem Absalom, wohl? Und Achimaaz sprach: Ich sah ein großes Getümmel, als Joab den Knecht des Königs und deinen Knecht absandte; aber ich weiß nicht, was es war.
LSG	Le roi dit: Le jeune Absalom est-il en bonne santé? Achimaats répondit: J'ai aperçu un grand tumulte au moment où Joab envoya le serviteur du roi et moi ton serviteur; mais je ne sais ce que c'était.
Sch	Der König aber fragte: Geht es auch dem Jüngling Absalom wohl? Ahimaaz sprach: Ich sah ein großes Getümmel, als Joab den Knecht des Königs und mich, deinen Knecht, sandte, weiß aber nicht, was es war.
Web	And the king said, Is the young man Absalom safe? And Ahimaaz answered, When Joab sent the king's servant, and me thy servant, I saw a great tumult, but I knew not what it was.
